Welcome to Tayant AI Wallet. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Tayant platform.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, using our website or mobile application, or accessing any of Tayant's services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the Tayant services.


2. Description of Services

Tayant is a digital wallet platform designed for Zambians, enabling users to:

  • Send and receive money locally and internationally

  • Open merchant accounts and accept payments

  • Automate financial tasks using AI

  • Withdraw funds from agents

  • Track expenses, savings, and spending habits using built-in AI tools

  • Access customer support and secure wallet management tools

Tayant reserves the right to enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.


3. User Eligibility

To use Tayant, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in a jurisdiction where Tayant is legally authorized to operate

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information during registration

  • Pass all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification processes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted through your account.


4. Account Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes

  • Not impersonate any person or entity, or provide false information

  • Immediately notify Tayant of any unauthorized use or breach of security

  • Avoid using automated tools or bots to access the platform without permission

Tayant may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the service.


5. Fees and Charges

Tayant may charge fees for certain services, including transaction processing, currency conversions, and withdrawals. All fees will be transparently disclosed prior to confirmation of any transaction. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your activity on the platform.


6. AI Features and Limitations

Tayant’s AI module is designed to provide financial assistance, such as budgeting, forecasting, transaction automation, and expense analysis. The AI is limited to financial operations and cannot offer legal, medical, or investment advice. Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated recommendations before executing financial actions.


7. Merchant Services

Merchants using Tayant must comply with all applicable laws and provide accurate information about their business. Tayant reserves the right to suspend merchant accounts found engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities. All merchant transactions are subject to additional terms outlined in the Merchant Agreement.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with Tayant are the property of Tayant or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without written consent from Tayant.


9. Limitation of Liability

Tayant is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Unauthorized access to or use of your account due to your own negligence

  • Third-party services, content, or platforms linked through Tayant

Use of the platform is at your own risk. We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tayant at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Suspicious or illegal activity

  • Failure to complete KYC requirements

  • Account inactivity for an extended period


11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Zambia.


12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or app with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
